About the National Board
Alpha Nu's National Board of Directors serves as the policy-making body of the sorority. Together, seven elected sisters procised over all business and affairs of the sorority. All members of the Board are alumnea of Alpha Nu and are in good standing with the sorority.
The Board lays the foundation and the vision for the future of Alpha Nu. In addition to meetings at our aniversary and aulmin weekend, the Board of Directors meets every few weeks and conducts business via teleconference on a regular basis.

Florita Garcia
Florita joined Alpha Nu in Spring 2012 with the Nu Captivating Ladies. She graduated December 2013 with a degree in Human Development. Currently, Florita is a Medicare case manager in Tri-Cities. As the board President, Florita’s main goals are to ensure that the organization thrives, expansion, and with the help of the board create strategic plans for development.

Monica BoatwrightDavidson
MonicaAudria "Monita" BoatwrightDavidson crossed into Alpha Nu with the Spring Class of 2011 at Washington State University. She graduated with a BA in Biological Anthropology but used her family background in the arts to open up her own photography business in 2014. As Marketing Director for Alpha Nu, she is focused on creating and curating original content generated by our sisters that showcases just how truly diverse Alpha Nu is.

Maria Mazcorro
Maria Mazcorro also known as Bella Nova joined Alpha Nu in the Spring of 2013 with the Nu Sensations (theta class). As Membership Director she is focusing on improving relations among our many collegiate and alumnae sisters. She is also working with a committee to insure that our members are being educated and able to use the resources provided for them.

Cristina Medina
Cristina Medina-Azpeitia pledged for Alpha Nu in Spring 2012 with the Nu Captivating Ladies. She majored in Women Studies and minored in Comparative Ethnic Studies, graduating in May 2015. She’s currently a preschool teacher at Southwest Early Learning Bilingual Preschool in West Seattle. Her goal as Record’s Director is support the organization of both the Board and Active Chapter – developing a Policies and Procedures manual for new members. As well as, establishing plans for position binders that could be more beneficial to cabinet members within the Active Chapter. Cristina believes that it is important to mention that she is undocumented and is willing to support undocumented sisters in any way possible. She’s a major advocate for the rights of all women, and is always a message (or call) away if you’d like to talk (or rant) about social issues.

Tanairi Campos Mansfield
Tanairi "Princesa" Campos Mansfield joined Alpha Nu in Spring 2011 with the Nu Dreams. She graduated in 2014 with her BS in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. She is currently residing in Seattle and works helping undocumented youth get ahead in their high school studies. As the Events Director of Alpha Nu, Tanairi is working to grow the sisterhood of the sorority by overseeing events for the Alpha chapter and future chapters to come.
